| MOBILIZATION (1) Definition: The act or process of getting people to work together in order to achieve a particular aim; organizing a group of people to do this. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Purposeful (see definition). 2. Considered a necessity to get working group. 3. Commences and is conclusively completed timely. 4. Selection or choice of members of team is of suitable (= qualified) and willing (likable) persons. And the numbers are ensured complete. 5. Comprehensive briefing, on the goal or mission, is provided for the group, collectively. 6. Morale is kept high via a necessary pep talk, promise, an assurance or insurance, etc.! And all the entitlements, rights, etc. due for each member is duly, fully and timely given. 7. All the wherewithal and necessary support or assistance required will be provided or made available to group. 8. Rivalry or competitiveness, if any, among the members of team is discouraged and replaced with a sense of team spirit.
