Mixed blessing
MIXED BLESSING

Definition: Something that has advantages and disadvantages.

* All six elements would be in.


1. Brings no expression of a specific and identifiable emotion. That is, it will not be possible to distinctly laugh and be joyous, and at the same time cry and be gloomy, during period that situation exists.

2. Thing will be handled or treated with utmost care and caution.

3. The good/gains (= advantages) will not be considered as more than the bad/losses (= disadvantages).

4. Thing has only 'blessing' (= the 'good' and the 'bad'), but has no curse ('ugly') - commotion, mystery, confusion, etc.

5. Situation cannot be fully embraced/celebrated, and cannot also be rejected/neglected completely.

6. It will be impossible to separate or alter 'mix'. That is, thing or situation will be present for a long time or for 'eternity'.
