Purposeful and necessary. 2. Issued, endorsed or approved by the real stakeholders in a company or an organization. 3. Details are specific and identifiable. 4. Goals (= aims) are measurable and/or assessable. 5. Clear and distinct; understandable. 6. Complete, concise and summarized, with or without a time frame or timescales, but does not have a mention of sanction! (To emphasize.) 7. Can be accomplished; realistic, realizable and/or doable; lawful. 8. Adequately publicized, especially among foot soldiers or 'floor members' of the company or organization. 9.
