Purposeful and necessary. That is, deliberate and planned by who gives wrong or incomplete information. 2. True or complete information is known and/or possessed. ______________________ NOT MISJUDGEMENT. (EXAGGERATION !) 3. Given out timely, to help achieve objective(s). And not directly in the presence of the concerned person. 4. Loss will be suffered by who or what is misrepresented. _______________________ NOT MISINFORMATION. (LIE. WHITE LIE !!) 5. Provider of wrong or incomplete information is not sanctioned or punished and therefore gains or will gain from wrongdoing. 6. The wrong or bad impression created has no chance to be corrected by the victim. And will lasts for as long as the true and complete information is unavailable.
