| MISHANDLING (1) Definition: Dealing badly with a problem or situation. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements would be in. 1. Not deliberately planned for a problem or situation to be badly handled. 2. Handling was solely conducted - not with the efforts of another person or other people (connect to #8). 3. Wrongs and/or errors made, from bad dealing, are specific and identifiable. _________________________ ISSUE GETS WORSE ... (See perfect HANDLING (1).) 4. Loss or losses arises from the situation (to emphasize). 5. There will be no opportunity to correct mistakes or to recoup losses in the future. 6. Help, support, advice, etc. that could have helped in handling was available but not taken advantage of (connect to #2). _____________________________ .. AND/OR WON'T GO AWAY.
