| MISDIRECTION (1) Definition: The act of using something in a way that is not appropriate to a particular situation. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements would be in. 1. Use or usage of thing where misapplied was full, detailed or complete and comprehensive. 2. (Reserved.) (Not rejected. That is, it was not known while being used that thing is inappropriate.) 3. Loss, damage, disadvantage, etc. occurs as a result of error, even if this will only be obvious later. 4. Result or outcome of application is not useful or profitable to any of the parties involved. 5. Mistake will eventually be realized, though it will be too late to make amends, effect a correction, etc. 6.
