| MISCHIEF (2) Definition: The wish or tendency to behave or play in a way that causes trouble. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and considered a necessity by the person with tendency to be mischievous. 2. Act, actions, activities, etc. planned by way of behaviour or play are specific and identifiable. 3. Person does not put self at risk. And will break no law in the process of mischief-making. 4. Danger(s), risk(s), etc., if any, inherent in the proposed manner of behaviour or play are known, whether person is prepared to bear the consequence or not. 5. Victim-to-be is never informed in advance or hinted of intention. And signs of proposed acts or actions, body language, gestures, etc. are not so obvious as to warn or caution intended victim. 6.
