Miscarriage of justice
MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE

Definitions:

i. (Law) A situation in which a court makes a wrong decision, especially when somebody is punished when they are innocent.

ii. An instance of mismanagement of or in the process of law.

1. The innocent pronounced guilty, is completely not involved in the wrong! And, he or she is fined, jailed or judicially murdered.

2. The guilty pronounced innocent, is fully or directly involved in wrongdoing! Yet, he or she is compensated or freed or paid restitution.

3. Sentence, if 'guilty', is disproportionate.

4. Eventual release, if ever, of the innocent, is too late.

5. Opportunity to appeal is nonexistent or foreclosed.

6. Chance to fight for justice is unavailable.
