* All six elements should be in.

1. No other human had physical contact - push, nudge, pull, etc. - with the deceased, especially where an issue existed between the person(s) present and the departed, when death occurred.

2. Arrangement, preparation, event, etc. if any, that death is traceable to, was undertaken solely or fully by the deceased.

3. Mistake or error would be or was competently investigated and conclusively declared as an accidental death (to emphasize).

4. No suicide note, that reveals a complicity by another person, whether this is found or not, exists to disprove claim.

5. No prosecution of any person - no suspicion, allegation, charge or accusation, etc. that leads to somebody being unjustly punished.

6. Deceased was believed to be in the right frame of mind at the time of death. That is, person who passed on was not ready or prepared to die at particular time. In other words, no 'voices' were 'heard' before an act or action that led to what caused death.
