| MINX Definition: (old-fashioned or humorous) A girl or young woman who is clever at getting what she wants, and does not show respect: a pert young girl. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements would be in. 1. Has a purpose and considers it a necessity. She therefore acts very deliberately. 2. Cleverness is genuine - does not 'cheat', 'mislead', 'deceive', etc. 3. Knows what to do to be respectful. That is, can be reasonable, if she decides to be. 4. Will use what she gets profitably. 5. Suffers no unplanned loss in the process. 6. Will still, somehow, keep the acquaintances of the people she got things from, in spite of not showing them respect. 7. Will 'get away'. That is, she will neither lose her respect nor be sanctioned for ill-manner. 8. Will hopefully, on becoming older, change her attitude and be, at least, respectful!
