| MINUTE (6) Definition: A short note on a subject, especially one that recommends a course of action. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary. 2. Clear, legible handwriting or typing. 3. Contains no error or mistake. 4. Has no reference, that is not attached. 5. Authored or authorized appropriately. That is, note is truly genuine, signed and/or endorsed. 6. Delivered timely to the right authority. 7. Recommendations, suggestions, advice, etc. are understandable and implementable; practical. 8.
