Purposeful and authorized, where required or necessary. 2. Considered a necessity to change or alter outlook of thing. 3. Resemblance achieved is close enough to pass for the real thing. 4. New state or look lasts or can be sustained for the period desired. 5. No unplanned loss is suffered as a direct result of transformation. 6. Output or end result of 'changeover' will be exactly as expected. That is, process will serve purpose(s). 7.
