| MILITARIST (1) Definition: Somebody who supports militarism (= the belief that a country should have a great military strength in order to be powerful). ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Has a conviction and is able to rationalize belief. 2. Will be, if applicable, ready to be conscripted or volunteer. 3. Votes for or protest in support of increased military spending. 4. Does not stop offspring from joining own country's armed forces. 5. Reacts aggressively to the slightest foreign provocation or threat. 6. Won't have a reason to defect to another country or go on exile. 7. Respects the members of the armed forces and paramilitary. 8. (Reserved.)
