| METICULOUSNESS Definition: The quality of being meticulous (= paying careful attention to every detail). ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary (NOT JOKING). 2. A required standard, some 'things-to-do', a checklist, etc. will be prepared before the start of paying attention (NOT ABSTRACT). 3. Examination, assessment, investigation, questioning, action, etc. will not be rushed. That is, adequate time and space will be available for task (NOT PANICKY OR HURRYING). 4. Every detail will be cross-checked or rechecked, a 'certification' will be done or redone, very transparently, to confirm correctness or appropriateness (NO PROCRASTINATION). 5. No compulsion or threat or pressure will be exerted, during process of so-called attentiveness, on who is being punctilious. That is, frame of mind will be excellent at the time. And duration that act or action will take will be reasonable (NO DISCONNECTION). 6. Measure or extent of grilling, discerning, searching, researching, etc. will be maximal. That is, every angle, area, possibility, etc. will be covered - nothing forgotten, underrated or overlooked (NO OVERSIGHT). 7.
