Definition: (plural, especially law) The intrinsic rights and wrongs of a case.

1. Purposeful and necessary.

2. Has basis in natural justice.

3. Protestation against it will be overruled.

4. Always sustained in the course of law, meaning an appeal can't be successful in respect of the matter.

5. Won't be one that is manipulated by judge. That is, the rights will be rewarded and wrongs sanctioned.

6. Never hidden, if surely known.

7. Causes no miscarriage of justice.

8. Serves purpose(s), whichever the end.
