Purposeful and necessary. 2. Deliberate to use the mind. That is, writing material or a calculator is available or can be obtained. 3. Time that will be taken will be considered as reasonable. 4. Result(s) will be correct, as can be confirmed by a calculator or written workings (= answer(s)), if necessary. 5. Exercise(s) gives no headache, migraine, etc. 6. No use, or movement, of the fingers, toes, head, objects, etc. while adding, multiplying, etc. (to emphasize). 7.
