| MENIAL (1) Definition: (old-fashioned) A person with a menial job. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Person has a purpose and considers it a necessity to have job. 2. Has no real qualification or skill to be better employed. 3. Cannot protest or sit-in or go on strike. And would ordinarily not belong to a trade union. 4. Does job satisfactorily, in the employer's opinion ! 5. Does not and dare not complain to employer about 'peanut' wage or condition of service. 6. Will be trying to learn a skill or acquire a better qualification. But will not joke with work as a result of plan or intention. 7. Does not deny status or position, when asked by a stranger. 8.
