| MEMORIAL (2) Definition: A thing that will continue to remind people of somebody/something. ______________________________________________________________________ * All five elements would be in. 1. Thing has a meaning, relevance or significance with the present period and future moments. 2. A link or connection between thing and the memory of who/what it reminds one of, is clearly established and understood. 3. Needs no prompting to bring about a recall. That is, thing will not depend on some other event or activity to come to the fore. 4. Thing happened or existed completely, wholly and independently. That is, no inconclusiveness about the nature or features of thing. 5. Thing cannot be wished away. And no pretence about its existence can eliminate its effect. _______________________ ...
