Considered a necessity, in their individual opinions, to be disorderly. 3. Reason(s) for confusion is/are suspected or confirmed, by only some in the crowd, unknown to the majority. 4. Injuries, wounds, exhaustion, etc. will be suffered by a few, some or all in the group. 5. Persons not in the know of basis of confusion, will make no real effort to understand the cause of rushing, pushing and/or shoving. 6. Situation will continue for a period considered reasonable. 7.
