| MEETING (2) Definition: (usually - the meeting) The people at a meeting (= an occasion when people come together to discuss or decide something). ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements should be in. 1. The people have some purpose and consider it a necessity to be in attendance at the (an) occasion. 2. People are the persons allowed, permitted or authorized - members or proxies, invitees or gatecrashers, observers or monitors, stakeholders or applicants, etc., etc. 3. The number is correct. That is, a quorum is formed by the persons present, to make occasion valid. 4. Prepared and/or planned, organized and ready for the occasion. And in the right senses or frames of mind during deliberations. 5. Will be present for the duration expected, whether some depart before conclusion of occasion or not. 6. Serves purpose(s).
