| MEET AND GREET Definition: An event that is arranged so that somebody, especially a famous person, can meet and talk to people. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary, especially for arrangers. 2. Well organized - that is, right attendees; appropriate security; safe and secured venue, etc., etc. 3. There will be timely or prompt arrival and departure of the people invited or involved. 4. Event will be beneficial for all the participants. That is, what is said and the people met are useful or of importance. 5. No loss, embarrassment, etc. is suffered during event. And nothing is regretted afterwards by a 'bigman' or the 'little people'. 6. Satisfactorily concluded.
