MEDEVAC

Definition: (especially North American English) The movement of injured soldiers or other people to hospital in a helicopter or other aircraft.

1. Purposeful - to keep them alive (see definition).

2. Necessary - to fight again, if required ! (To emphasize.)

3. Movement is made timely (connect to #6).

4. Some medical attention is available and provided in helicopter or aircraft, especially if craft is not an air ambulance.

5. Chopper or plane is airworthy (connect to #7).

6. Flight time is reasonable or is as projected.

7. Plane lands at destination safely and 'passengers' arrive alive.

8. Injured soldiers or people are conveyed, on landing, to a medical facility, as quicky as possible.

9. Appropriate medical attention (= treatment) is provided for the sick/ill on arrival. That is, movement achieves objective(s).
