| MEDDLING (2) Definition: (disapproving) The act of touching something in a careless way, especially when it is not yours or when you do not know how to use it correctly. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements would be in. 1. Purposeful for you (to emphasize). 2. You consider it necessary to meddle with thing. 3. Adequate period of time is available, in your opinion, to touch thing carelessly - not carefully! - to help achieve goal(s). 4. Who could have been asked for permission or help, or the manual or material that could have been referred to for guidance or instruction was present or available. That is, there can be no excuse for act. 5. Permission was not sought and notification of intention was not given before starting to touch (connect to #4). 6. Damage occurs or will occur to what was touched in a careless way. 7. Hand(s) and/or finger(s) is/are not damaged from act or action. 8. No sanction, loss, disadvantage, ill health, etc. is suffered as a result of wrongdoing. 9.
