| MEASURE (4) Definition: A way of judging or measuring something. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. 1. Specific and identifiable. 2. Comparable and/or can be graded. 3. Fixed and constant, not left to whims or mood swings. 4. Assessable, understandable - clear and precise. 5. Explainable, meaningful - can therefore be appreciated by other right-thinking persons. 7. Genuine, defensible - cannot be faulted by an independent assessor.
