| MEANINGLESSNESS (2) Definition: The state or situation of being not considered important. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements would be in. 1. Thing in state or situation is completely understood. That is, some thorough evaluation, examination, assessment, analysis, etc. had been conducted and concluded on thing, event, circumstance, etc. 2. Test(s), trial(s), assignment(s), etc. has/have been flunked by what has been adjudged to be unimportant. That is, no successful achievement or accomplishment can be ascribed to thing in state or situation. 3. Nothing can be done to thing or in situation to better poor quality, or to improve features or characteristics, or get it to be regarded as vital or relevant. 4. What is in a very weak state or in poor condition cannot add any value or positive substance, whether immediately or in the near or distant future, to a person or thing or situation. 5. There is absolutely no saving grace or redeeming feature in thing or situation. And so, no future gain or benefit will be projected concerning what is in poor state or about bleak situation. 6. Immediate intention and/or the current plan will be on how to avoid, prevent, destroy, dismantle, disband, dismiss, discard, dispose, decommission, etc. the thing in undesired state. ________________________ ... better forgotten. | |
