| MEAL (4) Definition: Food eaten alone or in company to satisfy hunger or as part of a daily routine. ______________________________________________________________________ * All fourteen elements should be in. 1. Purposeful (to emphasize) - though not necessarily haute cuisine ! 2. Cooked with fresh, natural ingredients - not stale, genetically grown ones. 3. Prayed over, especially before (and after). 4. (Where applicable) not eaten on credit. 5. The food is what and its state is how desired. 6. Amount is that comfortably affordable. 7. Offered to be shared with someone, if any, where that other isn't about to eat too (where offer is accepted, it should actually be shared). 8. Item is in the right taste in the opinion of who is eating. 9. Accompanied by a thanks or well done or any appropriate compliment to the chef, service, etc., before, during and/or after (as applicable). 10. There would not be too much left over (where necessary, one man's left over could be another's sumptuous meal). 11. Will not result in a throw-up afterwards. 12.
