There is a readiness and preparation to give adequate response, replies, etc. timely and appropriately. That is, there is possibility to practically translate great knowledge and understanding: COURAGE. 5. Frame of mind and strength of character will be optimal in the situation. That is, condition or state will be present for as long as desired: DECISIVE AND CONFIDENT. 6. An explanation, assistance, hint or information, etc. when offered will be sensible and/or meaningful, understandable: CONVICTION, TRUSTED, TRUE. 7. Person or animal is not resting on his/her/its oars; still searching, asking, questioning, researching, etc. DISCOVERING. LEARNING.
