(Reserved.) (Has no need for a 'Plan B'. That is, details are correct, not incomplete or misleading and it will be impossible for the plan to fail!) 4. Understanding and execution is designed to be easily and efficiently carried out, without encumbrances, delays, errors, disappointments, etc., whoever is assigned task. 5.
