Purposeful and necessary - for organizers and participants. 2. Distance is measured and confirmed exact: no more, no less. 3. Organization is considered excellent. That is, preparation, arrangement, administration, route demarcation, etc. is convenient for runners and the public. In other words, flag-off, ambulance, water points, etc. are provided appropriately. 4. Line-up is believed complete and competent (connect to #6). 5. No fraud or cheating by runners/organizers. That is, rules are obeyed by all the participants and officials. 6. (Reserved.) (No crawling, walking, sprinting, quick-step, etc.) 7.
