| MANIPULATION (1) Definition: (disapproving) The control and influence of somebody/something, often in a dishonest way so that they do not realize it. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary - for the manipulator(s). 2. Gain is expected from control and influence. 3. Loss, disadvantage, etc. that will be suffered by victim will not be considered life-threatening or fatal, unless ... . 4. Dishonesty is not strictly an illegality. 5. Will not be confessed later, as an attempt to cheat again may still be made by manipulator(s). 6. Benefit will not be admitted as the proceeds of a dishonest move. 7. (Reserved.) (Control and influence is executed solely, without the chance of a secret being let out by any co-conspirator(s).) 8.
