| MAN MANAGEMENT Definition: (business) Man management involves controlling and organizing the people who work in a business or organization. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary - NO OBJECTIFICATION. 2. Methods will be specific and identifiable - LISTEN TO THEM. 3. Measures will be measurable and/or assessable - REASON WITH THEM. 4. Styles or techniques should be real, true - PRACTICABLE, GENUINE. 5. Dealing, treatment, handling, application, etc., of persons and facilities will not include an illegality or immorality, or be conducted in a largely illicit or underhand manner. And decision-making will be transparent; prioritization defensible. - ASSURE THEM. 6. Constant or regular consultations will be established and maintained between the managers and the workers - KEEP THEM INFORMED. 7. Action, decision, etc. will be taken timely - MAKE PEOPLE PRIORITY. 8. A strong 'reward and punishment' system will be in place. That is, all the people in particular business or organization will be treated equally, when it comes to official dealings - BE FAIR, BUT FIRM. 9.
