Definition: (of people, ideas, etc.) Being likely to be easily influenced or changed.

1. Nature of person or idea is not 'solid'. That is, no conviction, conclusion, firmness, consistency, etc. in person, object, belief, etc.

2. No real certainty about what purpose or meaning or message needs to be conveyed by person or in an idea.
