| MAKEOVER Definition: The process of improving the appearance of a person or place, or of changing the impression that something gives. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and considered necessary, to change person, place or impression. 2. Person whose appearance is being improved is in a conscious state. And appropriate authorization is obtained for change to be made to a person or place, or for an impression to be altered. 3. Timely or promptly started and comprehensively completed. 4. Change is systematic and gradual, allowing for adequate monitoring, review, etc. (connect to #5). 5. New appearance or impression is what is planned or desired. And person or place, or change, will be like unrecognizable ..., okay, almost. (And change or impression must be positive.) 6. Change or improvement of appearance, place or impression lasts for the duration planned for. 7. No unplanned loss is suffered, especially by who or what was changed, whether immediately or long after alteration. 8. Process achieves objective(s).
