Purposeful and necessary, even if difficult to remember, describe, pronounce, etc. 2. Unique and distinct, not similar to that of another product in own stable or that of another company, be item affordable or not. 3. Functionality or usefulness of item will not be in doubt. That is, customers, consumers, etc. will find relevance in acquiring and/or using type of item or product with particular name, whether specially manufactured or mass produced. 4. Available and/or accessible (connect to #3). That is, item will be obtainable in condition or state desired, even if banned or on readily obtainable over the counter. 5. Logo, design, identification, etc. will be fully legally registered or lawfully approved, be the particular thing old (ancient) or new (modern). 6.
