| MACHINE (1) Definition: (often in compounds) A piece of equipment with moving parts that is designed to do a particular job. The power used to work a machine may be electricity, steam, gas, etc. or human power. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary (see perfect EQUIPMENT (2)). 2. Has an identification mark/number. Or is specifically known, by a unique name, code, etc. in case of the need to make an order for a part or component to replace a damaged or old part (see perfect SERVICING (1)). 3. Parts or components of equipment are the correct ones, especially if it has undergone some repairs, and are complete in numbers (see perfect CANNIBALIZATION). 4. Equipment is in serviceable condition, be it old or new. That is, well-oiled and speed of moving parts is accurate - as exactly required to perform function (see perfect LUBRICATION). 5. No impediment - not the law, its size, location, etc. - to make equipment unable to perform its function (see perfect LOGISTICS). 6.
