| LYNCH MOB Definition: A crowd of people who gather to lynch somebody. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. 1. Very prepared, fully ready and just waiting for who, amongst them, will take the first action. 2. None in the crowd assisted in the commissioning of 'crime' or offence. And none is a collaborator with the person who is about-to be lynched. And no real relative or true friend will be in. 3. No member in crowd believes in civil liberties or in the existing criminal justice system in jurisdiction where action is to take place. And no one really connected with the maintenance of law and order, especially if incognito and/or in civvies, will be in. 4. Will be ready to justify mood, if asked, and be ready to confront law enforcement agent(s), who may try to stop 'madness'. But can be dispersed, if necessary. 5. Prepared and equipped to defend selves, in case of a fightback or resistance by the person to be lynched. And will not put selves at a disadvantage by the way gathered. 6. Action intended to be carried out will be designed to incapacitate or kill victim (to emphasize). 7. Mob lacks the patience to listen to an explanation or a plea by the person about-to-be lynched.
