| LYNCH LAW Definition: The summary trial and punishment of offenders by a self-constituted court outside the due process of law. ______________________________________________________________________ * All twelve elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary for the leaders of lawless group. 2. Physical force will be employed or applied to ensure control. 3. Bullies exercising authority won't have a grounding in law. 4. Speed of arraignment, trail and execution, will be super fast. 5. Not codified, so cannot be guided by rules and regulations. 6. No discharge or acquittal, suspended sentence or retrial here. 7. Punishment (injustice?) won't be annulled/compensated later. 8. The officials of 'court' would escape the long arm of the law. 9. Society or general public will suffer losses as consequence. 10. Jurisdiction of court will be a no-go area for law enforcers. 11. Can try anyone once control is under who has deadlier arm. 12.
