| LUNCH BREAK Definition: The period in the middle of the day when you stop work in order to have a meal. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary, to 'chill to have a bite'. 2. Approved or authorized, where required. Or in a plan or programme. 3. There will be a readiness for the minutes or the hour(s), with resources (cash, voucher, etc.) or provision (packed food) and appetite (hunger). That is, no moment will be wasted in search of or to start eating meal. 4. Work that should have been done before period would have been done. Or there will be a full assurance that any work yet to be done will not encroach on the period that will be available after eating. _____________________________ See perfect PERIOD (1). 5. Commences at the right time, especially if food is an 'ever ready'. 6. Will not result in an unplanned loss. That is, what will be eaten will not cause a problem such as a stomach upset, food poisoning, etc., for work not to be resumed or performed well afterwards. 7. Nothing else, that is unrelated to eating, will be done during moment (see definition). And the period cannot be 'monetized' or converted into cash, especially if the person who takes break is with a packed meal, and having an intention of 'eating while you work'. ___________________________ See perfect LUNCH (1). 8. The destination(s) of who is going on break should be known, and/or accessibility to the person should be possible, in case of an emergency! 9. Time will not be extended or 'overshot'.
