Service is more courteous, efficient and effective. 5. Clean, neat and tidy. And well-lit, if desired, especially at night. 6. Safe, secured and protected, for as long as patrons are inside. 7. Accessibility is not difficult or expensive - no entrance fee ! 8. Has rules - smoking/no-smoking, a last call policy, especially if it has a closing time, etc., etc. 9.
