Safe and secured, with appropriate protection provided for items and staff/employees. 5. Manned by the right personnel. That is, staff watching over items are honest and sincere - won't tamper with items or extract private information, etc. from recovered items. In other words, service in place is effective and efficient. 6. Demands no payment or the provision of any form of service, before claimant(s) can retrieve items. 7. Open all hours.
