Definition: (British English) Items that have been found in public places and are waiting to be collected by the people who lost them.

1. Not 'found' by the person(s) who stole items.

2. Not tampered with from the time items were lost or misplaced to the time they are claimed or reclaimed. That is, items will be in the same state or condition, when they disappeared, 'complete and intact'.

3. Can be claimed through proper identification or an accurate and/or correct description.

4. (Reserved.) (Would not cost an outrageous amount of resources to be (re)claimed. And no stringent condition(s) will be attached to its being claimed by rightful owner.) (Connect to #3.)

5. Would still be in a useful or usable state, when recovered.

6. Displayed or kept in an open, accessible public place.
