| LOOTER Definition: A person who steals things from shops/stores or buildings after a riot, fire, etc. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements would be in. 1. Has a purpose and considers it necessary to steal. 2. Will not, cannot and must not give the excuse of being under some (peer) pressure or being forced by a gang, group, etc. to steal. 3. Does not get a serious injury - from flames, fellow looters or weight of goods - in the process of thieving activity. 4. Makes maximum use of stolen items and gets optimum benefit therefrom. That is, wrongdoing or lawbreaking serves purpose(s). 5. Will never admit later that items were stolen - even to a fellow looter! And may try to forge a receipt to lay claim to genuine ownership of stolen items. And will never express a regret. 6. Will not get caught and punished, whether or not seen by a witness, or recorded by a close circuit television camera, or ... . __________ > THIEF ! | |
