Purposeful (to emphasize). 2. Necessary (connect to #1). 3. Safe, secured and offers protection from the elements and some other kind of unknown danger or enemy. 4. Strategic - has an all-round view of the possible approaches; sides or around, and above or top. 5. Clean, neat and tidy. 6. Appearance and atmosphere of place does not attract or invite 'publicity'. And will not distract occupant or cause an inconvenience or health challenge. 7. Can be easily exited, in case of an emergency. 8.
