Purposeful and considered a necessity, whether natural or man-made. 2. Measurable and/or assessable. That is, life or time stayed can be calculated and known, in comparison, to be long, longer or longest. 3. Condition or situation is as would be desired throughout the period. 4. No thought or contemplation or desire of having period shortened or conditions changed. 5. Useful or profitable to others that a contact, an association, cooperation, etc. would be made with while existing. And life or fact will be beneficial to the natural environment and/or ecosystem. 6. Ends or will end in the manner and at the time desired, or at the moment or time that will be determined by nature or technology - human being - that is time-specific. 7. Serves purpose(s) or fulfils objective(s).
