| LONELINESS (2) Definition: (of a situation or period of time) Having a quality of sadness and being without an activity or people. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. 1. Not exactly desired, planned or looked forward to. 2. Nothing serious and/or exciting can be engaged or participated in, in situation or during period. 3. Abundance of problems (= fear, insecurity, worry, anxiety, uncertainty, etc.) is the hallmark of situation or throughout period. 4. Nothing can get to 'lonely heart' to lessen burden of sadness or remove feeling of being alone. That is, person will be insensitive to 'joyful noise', a loving expression, physical presence, etc. 5. Thoughts of loner roam in the state and this can lead to temptations, formation of ideas, self-harm, hallucinations, etc. 6. Situation or period will end at a point in time (connect to #7). 7. (Reserved.) (This situation happens about by choice. That is, person is not prevented from seeking happiness or some company, by being involved in positive endeavours and going out.
