| LOGIC BOMB Definitions: i. (computing) A set of instructions that are written into a computer in order to cause damage or to get secret information, and that will start operating when particular conditions exist. ii. (computing) An unauthorized program that is inserted into a computer system so that when it is started it affects the operation of the computer. ______________________________________________________________________ * All four elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary for saboteur(s), hacker(s), etc. to get secret information or cause harm to system. 2. Instructions or program will be correct and so perform as expected. 3. Cannot be detected. And computer broken into will not be inaccessible, afterwards, to who installed program. Or it will not be possible to immediately replace crashed computer after fault is noticed. Therefore, considerable loss will be suffered as a consequence of intrusion. 4.
