| LOCALIZATION (1) Definition: The act or process of limiting something or limiting its effects to a particular area. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary to limit a thing or an impact. 2. The particular locality to which thing is to be limited is selected, demarcated and/or separated. 3. Area is secured firmly and permanently. Or area is possessed for duration required to keep thing within particular boundary. 4. No unplanned loss arises from restricting thing to particular place. And no possibility of an escape, leakage, spillage, etc. once thing is collected and/or gathered within particular space. 5. Effects desired by the act or process will be as exactly expected. That is, no external influence, dilution or contamination can occur once thing is confirmed restricted to particular area. 6.
