| LOAFER (1) Definition: A person who wastes their time rather than working. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. 1. Has a skill to do something or an ability to work. 2. Not impeded in any way and/or by anyone from working. 3. Activities engaged in during the time are not productive in the long run, even if beneficial, in the short term, to the indolent. 4. There is a task to do. Or some thing(s) will be left unattended to during the period. And thing(s) will not be done by same person later. 5. A loss occurs or will occur as a result of time wasted on unimportant and/or unnecessary thing(s). 6. No physical injury, wound, damage, etc. to the person or to the environment or ecosystem, occurs as a direct outcome of the person's act(s), action(s), inaction(s), or activity/activities. 7.
