Purposeful and necessary. 2. Kind is considered natural to the nature of person or equipment. That is, work will be easily doable by man/machine. In other words, work is the right material, item, etc. 3. Quantity is specific and identifiable - not indeterminate. 4. The amount, small or average or big, is measurable and/or assessable - not inconsistent or fluctuating. 5.
