Definition: A person who wants to be in control of something that is not really their responsibility.

1. Has a purpose and considers it a necessity, whatever this is and whether the aim, reason and/or need is disclosed or not.

2. Has a fair, wide knowledge and/or a sound, solid experience concerning the particular thing.

4. Knows or is made aware of the full implication(s) of assuming a control that is not own responsibility. (To emphasize.)

5. Prepared for the consequences of taking control, especially when or if the risk of failure is high, clear and present in situation.

6. Hopes to earn some benefit or gain, recommendation or commendation, etc., if only control could be secured. Person is, therefore, highly expectant and motivated to succeed.

7. Has no assigned responsibility, of his or her own, that is not being attended to, at the time of demand. Or has fully discharged his or her lawful and official responsibilities.

8. Will never try or plan to sabotage thing if want or wish is denied.

9. (Reserved.) (Will not be a disappointment or failure if control is handed over to him or her. That is, person will be effective if he or she gets an opportunity to be in charge.)
